There are four in all on the yellow belt, the first one is call B1A will teach you how to overcome your opponent in a stationary position, the second one will teach you how to close the gap between you and your opponent by shuffling forward which is no more than a push drag, the third one will teach you how to execute a right front crossover and a left step forward toward 12 o’clock, the fourth one is similar to third one with a right step through after your left step forward toward 12 o’clock.
Freestyle Sparring Fighting Techniques for the Yellow Belt Syllabus
B1A B1B, B2A B2B, B3A B3B, B4A B4B.
You are in a left neutral fighting stance facing your opponent who is in a left neutral fighting stance. (When you have learn the left side then work on the right side)
(1)B1A Represents a left hand grab to your opponents left wrist as you pull his left wrist down towards your left hip simultaneously moving into a right forward bow and execute a right vertical punch to the left side of his face or any available target, immediate move back into a left neutral fighting Stance

B2A represents a shuffle, which is no more than a push drag pushing forward with your left foot dragging your right foot behind your left foot to move into range to strike your opponent as you grip his left wrist with your left hand and pull his left wrist down towards your left hip simultaneously moving Into a left forward bow and execute a right vertical punch to his face or any available target
Move back into a left neutral fighting Stance facing your opponent, Left front crossover towards 5 o’clock and cover out

(3) B3B represents a left upper cut to your opponent left ribcage. (Execute the above with this technique except the vertical punch)
(4) B4A represents a right front crossover followed by a left step out towards your opponent in direction of 12 o’clock followed by left hand grab to your opponents left wrist, he starts to pull away from you, immediately borrow his force to multiply your force pulling his left wrist down towards your left hip as you step to the back of his left leg with your right foot to check it, simultaneously as you execute a right vertical punch to the left side of his face or any available target, you should end up in a right neutral Fighting stance.
