Grading’s are conducted on average approximately every 3 months to test students on their progress of our syllabus. These grading’s are either for an extra bar on the current belt level or for a change of belt colour and are timed to be in line with the last few weeks of school terms. The gading's are held over 2 weeks, with the first week focused on syllabus relevant techniques and the second week on basics and promise sparring.
